How Orthant works

From requirement to execution, on one coordinated line.

A disciplined sequence that keeps buyer and seller contracting on the same verified facts — with responsibility for funds, payment and title left with the principals.

01

Requirement definition

We capture the buyer's exact specification, volume cadence, destination and commercial terms, and the seller's verifiable capacity to supply against it.

02

Counterparty qualification

Producers and authorised sellers are qualified for identity, authority to sell, and specification credibility before any introduction proceeds.

03

Specification & verification

Chemical and physical parameters are confirmed against mill certificates and independent assay, so both sides contract on the same facts.

04

Inspection & documentation

Independent inspection, sampling and documentation are coordinated at agreed points to protect quality, quantity and title.

05

Logistics coordination

Routing, handling and delivery terms are aligned to the destination corridor and the parties' agreed Incoterms.

06

Execution support

Orthant coordinates the parties through execution. Contracting, payment and title remain directly between buyer and seller.
